2010年台灣薪資成長率將大幅提高為3% 超越日本

ECA International 亞洲地區總監關禮廉表示:「雖然此項調查結果的調薪平均值低於2008年的高峰期,但最新預測數字顯示出亞太地區企業對明年的業務運作及經濟情況抱持正面 樂觀態度。與其他區域相比,亞太區並不如預期般被經濟風暴重創,實際現與原先經濟預測背道而馳。這項調查也指出,一般企業在2009年僅少數甚至幾乎完全 沒有獲得調薪,因此目前已有不少企業僱主開始根據實際情況陸續調整員工的薪資。」


同時,ECA的研究調查結果顯示,雖然台灣的員工2009年平均只獲得0.5%的實質成長,但在2010年預計可獲得3%的薪資調整。至於中國的員工可望在明年的薪資評估中獲得3%至6%的薪資成長。


關禮廉表示:「如同新加坡及香港,台灣的薪資成長同樣落後於亞太區的平均薪資成長率。這正好反映出這些地區是擁有低通膨率的已開發經濟區域。與世界其他已開發國家,例如北美洲及歐洲地區,面臨類似的薪資調整情況。」

他進一步補充:「在亞洲的其他開發中國家,為了確保薪資調整幅度不被通貨膨脹侵蝕,因此薪資成長率會遠高於台灣、香港及新加坡等地區。這也正好反映了快速成長中的市場對人才的需求,以及在這些地區優秀人才激烈競爭的實際情況。」


相關研究預測在亞太地區薪資增幅最高的國家分別為越南 (10%)、印度 (9.3%) 及印尼 (8.5%)。然而這些國家的薪資成長率即使在過去十二個月的經濟動盪期間,仍然持續保持上升趨勢。


日本地區企業員工預計在2010年將會獲得平均2%的薪資成長,則為亞太地區內最低。

ECA這項年度薪資趨勢調查包含觀察全球企業在2009年的實質薪資調整幅度,以及預測2010年企業員工薪資成長率等,以協助全球性的跨國企業根據當地市場的薪資水準以制定員工薪資。

ECA predicted based on the study of the global leader in the development and distribution of human resources solutions provider ECA International global salary trends, the 2010 Taiwan employees salary growth rate will rise to 3%, far higher than the 2009 average salary increases of 0.5%this also reflects the the Taiwan industry optimistic about the economic outlook for 2010. Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore tied for 10 of the Asia-Pacific salary amplitude modulation significantly in the rankings ahead of Japan according to the survey. The research found that the Asia-Pacific region in 2010, average salary growth rate is expected to reach 5%, nearly twice higher than this year's real growth rate of 2.8%, also significantly higher than in Western Europe (2.6%) and North America (2.8%), 2010year average forecast value.


Quane, ECA International Asia director, said: "Although the average salary of the survey results is below the peak of 2008, but the latest projection indicated Asia-Pacific business operations and economic situation in the next year's maintained a positive and optimistic attitude.compared with other regions, the Asia-Pacific region is not as expected by the economic turmoil hit, actual now contrary to the original economic forecasts The survey also pointed out that the general business in 2009, only a few or even almost no salary, so theremany employers began to gradually adjust the salary of the employees according to the actual situation. ECA's research findings show that although Taiwan employees in 2009, an average of only 0.5% real growth in 2010 is expected to obtain a 3% salary adjustment. As for the Chinese staff salary growth of 3-6% is expected in the next year's salary assessment.


Quane said: "the same as Singapore and Hong Kong, Taiwan, wage growth lagged behind the average salary growth rate in the Asia-Pacific region. The research predicted in the countries with the highest salary increase in the Asia-Pacific region were Vietnam (10 percent), India (9.3%) and Indonesia (8.5%). Japan employees are expected to average wage growth of 2% in 2010, will be the lowest compared to the Asia-Pacific region.
